If possible, we will meet in person for our kick-off session. This is where I really to get insude your business to fully understand how you operate. This is where our partnership and incredible relationship begins!

This is a big one! During our inital session we will identify the big goals you have for your business (and life!), this is not a time for holding back! I want to hear all your ideas, once we’re on the same page…there’s no stopping us.

Following our kick-off session I will prepare a 90-day action plan. This will be added to your project management tool (if you have one, if not no problem - we can sort that) and we’ll have a clear picture of our priorities for the first 3 months. Hitting the ground running!

Thinking long-term and hiring intentionally is much easier with a strategic partner by your side. When we’re ready to hire your next team member (or first) having a simple onboarding process is going to be key to getting a return on your investment as soon as possible. Creating a culture of growth, productivity and autonomy through clear delegation, communication and expectation.

Getting your business to a place of efficiency means we are going to need to identify gaps, simplify current processes and join up the dots. We’ll determine the priorities during our kick-off call but this could inlude: implementing a CRM system, rinse and repeat launch processes, SOPs and onboarding workflows.

To deliver a 5* experience for your clients and ensure you and your team are across everything, we need to establish a strong project management system. The key to ensuring your team can deliver on your expectations is providing them with the tool to be proactive - making sure this project management system can scale with you!

The relationship between a CEO and an OBM is based on communication, trust and respect. I really get to know you and your business deeply so that I can support you to fulfil your mission. It a monthly retainer (minumum of 20 hours per month) and those hours are spread across the month. Every month we have a strategy call to determine the priorities and focus for the month ahead.

There are a lot of differences but the main one being a virtual assistant (VA) is task-driven, they deliver exactly what you delegate. An online business manager (OBM) is goal-driven, you delegate the end result and an OBM implements and manages all the moving parts. Think of an OBM as the Chief Operating Officer of your business. 20 hours per month is the minimum retainer but if after a few months you feel you need to increase the hours we can absolutely do that. If one month you need more support and just require an additional few hours this will be invoiced at the end of the month.
