Terms of Business

  1. Services

All services are provided by Beth Jenkins. Beth Jenkins provides Operational Strategy and Consulting. The services provided under these terms of business relate to Deep Dive Session where you will receive:

  • A one to one online call lasting 90 minutes;

  • Follow-up action plan categorised by priority

  • A 45-minute Accountability call 3 weeks after the initial Strategy Session

Should you have any specific goals or aims in mind which are not listed above then these will need to be agreed in advance. 

It is important that you are aware that you have completed the Onboarding form prior to our 90 minute Strategy call. Delays in provision of information will not stop the services from being provided, however, any failure to provide images on time, or at all, will significantly limit the effectiveness of any services provided.

Whilst many clients experience clarity in the way they operate their business and as a result growth in revenue as a result of this service, I offer no guarantees. Each person and business is different and results may vary.

All services provided are limited to a specific period which will be agreed in advance with a specific start and end date confirmed. The start date for the Deep Dive Strategy Sessions is the day of the 90 minute call, the end date being 3 weeks later after the Accountability call.

All services are performed by Beth Jenkins. No services are outsourced. 


2. Fees and Payment Terms 

The fee for this service is charged upfront, with an option to select a two-part payment. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses. 

Part of full payment is due immediately to secure the service. If you select the two-part payment option and the second payment fails Beth Jenkins reserves the right to seek statutory interest on any unpaid debts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

As part of this service you will be provided with materials and templates. I retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out this service. You have the right to use the materials but you are not permitted to duplicate or share copies to third parties.

4. Communications

Communication with clients will be via email unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. My usual business hours are 9:30am until 4pm, Monday to Thursday. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to.

5. Data Protection

6. Confidentiality and Retention of Information

Communications between us are confidential. I will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.

Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations. 

7. Complaints and Refunds

I am committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. However, should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact Beth Jenkins beth@bethjenkins.co. I agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. I do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of business growth and operational efficiency. 

There will not be no liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Business are my standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
